I usually like to add salt to steak, but at this restaurant, all the flavors were already just right. Focaccia This focaccia bread is served with soft and aromatic whipped butter. The crispy exterior and chewy interior are very satisfying, while the butter adds a simple yet elegant deliciousness. Suitable as an accompaniment to the main course. Overall Impression Tide & Table successfully presents dishes that are not only innovative but also full of flavor, in line with their mission to promote sustainable cuisine, as seen from the use of potato skin scraps on the tuna steak menu.
